Weeks 1–4

Immersion & Problem Validation

Goal: Identify high-impact problem and validate feasibility

Activities:

  • Workshops with senior PMs, engineers, and data leads
  • Mentor 1:1 sessions (2 per week)
  • User research, competitor analysis, market study

Deliverables:

  • Validated problem statement
  • Wireframes / early proof-of-concept
  • Personal learning roadmap
Weeks 5–8

Prototype Development

Goal: Build functional prototype with mentor feedback

Activities:

  • Sprint planning, task allocation, peer collaboration
  • Technical deep-dives in your track
  • UX/UI iterations based on testing

  • MVP prototype
  • Draft case study for portfolio

Weeks 9–12

MVP Completion & Pilot Prep
