Mid-level developers, PMs, or data scientists (2–5 years experience) aiming for accelerated career growth and tangible product outcomes. We're looking for individuals with a builder mindset who are ready to create real-world solutions.
Full-time immersion: 40+ hours/week for 16 weeks. This is an intensive program structured for measurable outcomes. The time investment ensures you can fully focus on building and learning without distractions.
Competitive stipend covering living expenses (average $2,000/month). The stipend is designed to let you focus fully on building and learning during the program duration without financial stress.
Selection is based on builder mindset, problem-solving ability, and track record, not just a resume. Our application process includes a project submission, technical assessment, and interviews with program mentors.
Part-time participation is not supported—full immersion is required for the outcomes we promise. The program is designed as an intensive experience that requires dedicated focus to achieve the intended results.
